Helsinki-Vantaa Airport West Terminal wall installation

In 2019, Finnwind Oy delivered a 330 kWp solar power plant to Finavia at Helsinki Airport, consisting of a 204 kWp solar panel installed on the wall of the West Terminal and a 125 kWp solar panel installed on the flat roof.

It is noteworthy that the Finnwind FS-S wall mounting system allows the solar panels to be attached to the so-called. sandwich wall construction element without the need for through-panel screw fixings. This avoids cold bridges and moisture condensation on the inner surface of the element.
